Why do I have to order from your website, can’t I just phone in my order or message it via facebook/instagram?

What we have is an automated system which helps us offer over 350 products with just a small team. Not only do you get a price list, but it's also complete with pictures, description, even some customer testimonials! It only takes a few minutes to order.

 

Do you accept COD?

Due to the situation, we've removed the Cash on Delivery option on the site for the safety of everyone. Cashless is now king to help prevent the spread of virus

 

What are your modes of payment?

We currently accept credit card via Paypal , bank transfer to our BPI, BDO and Robinson's bank account

How do I make sure my money is secure when I deposit my payment?

For your safety, take note of the account name of any bank account you deposit to. Having a business entity, instead of a person’s name ensures that this account belongs to a registered business as banks are required to regulate this. For issues with transactions, you may seek help with DTI if your issue is with a registered company (and this is applicable with any company and not just ours)

 

I don’t have an account in any of those banks, how can I transfer my payment?

You may simply deposit the payment over the counter at any of the bank’s branches. Keep a copy of the receipt so you can send it to us as proof of payment.

 

I don’t have a Paypal account; can I still use my credit card?

Yes! Paypal does not require having an account to pay using your credit card. Think of it as them just being the terminal to swipe your card.

 

Do you keep my card details when I pay via credit card?

Paypal is the accredited processor of your credit card payment and we have no access to any of the details you transmit with them. 

 

I have already paid my order through bank deposit, what do I do next?

Please send us a copy of the deposit slip through foodsource.ph@gmail.com and await acknowledgement from one of our friendly staff

 

Do you have a minimum order to deliver?

There’s no minimum but you can make the best out of the delivery fee by ordering more at a time

 

How much is the delivery charge?

Within Metro Manila it’s P100 for a minimum of P500, below that it's P150

Within Cavite, Bulacan, and Rizal, it's P150 for a minimum of P700, below that it's P200

We also ship Nationwide via courier, for P150 for every 3kg. Delivery might have delays though because of the current situation but we'll provide a tracking number for us to check on the delivery status

 

I'm only getting a few items, can't you deliver for free?

Unfortunately, there's really no such thing as free. Some businesses have high margins thus why they're able to offer lots of services for free. In our case, we sell everything at the manufacturer's retail price so you're guaranteed to get the lowest prices. Delivery fee add-on isn't much anyway

 

How do I track my delivery?

Once we’ve dispatched your items, you’ll be provided an email complete with your waybill and the logistics provider we used for your order. If courier provides online updates for your order, their website will be included in what we’ll send to you.

 

How long til I receive my order?

We commit to delivering your orders within 2-4 days around Metro Manila, and 5-7* days for Provincial orders after confirmation of payment. Orders paid after 2pm will be processed to the next day.

*For Alcoholic Beverage, please expect some delays for provincial orders as we might need to ship it via sea freight due to restrictions with airlines.

 

What if I want my items right away?

We currently removed the Same day delivery option on our site because of the situation. You may choose the Pick up option though and book your own Delivery. Do take note of our current office hours though, and give us a call to check on the pick up

 

Can I pick up the items?

Yes you can! Just choose the "Pick up' option on checkout. You can search us “foodsource ph” in Waze, Google maps, even Grab! We do have a 2pm order cut off for this to give enough time to prepare your order. If you're in a hurry, call our office at 0917-6238585 but do take note of our office hours

 

Do you do meet ups?

For the security of our staff, we do not allow meet ups but instead, just pick up at our office or delivery to your address.

 

Can I just walk in to at your office to order?

Yes you can, but if you have specific products in mind, better to at least call for availability.

*during this time of Pandemic we don't allow walk-ins for the safety of our staff.

 

What are your business hours?

Our office is open between 7am til 7pm, from Monday to Saturday. We're closed during Sundays and holidays, sorry!

*During this time of Pandemic we're only operating from 10am to 4pm, you may still order 24/7 but might only be responsive during this short time

 

You sent me the wrong items

We’re so sorry, hopefully this does not happen. But if it does, kindly take a picture of what you received and email to foodsource.ph@gmail.com so we can immediately work on the correction.

Our return warranty for wrong orders and defective products in 1 week (7 days from receipt of the products)

 

You sent me defective products (leaks, damaged, expired, etc)

We’re really hoping this never happens but we are all after all, human. Should this happen, please take a picture of the damage and email to foodsource.ph@gmail.com so we can immediately work on the correction.

Why do your documents say Philippine Native E-tailer co but I’m ordering from the foodsource.ph website?

Our business is registered under the legal entity Philippine Native E-tailer co, which operates websites such as foodsource.ph. Foodsource PH serves as our branding and trade name similar to why your favorite fastfood chains would probably state a different company name as well in their receipts.
