Brought in from Mexico by the Manila Galleon. It is seasonal, available only from late December
to early February. Philippine chico is small, ripens quickly with an enchanting flavour that easily
decays. It is well-loved for its pleasant aroma and sweet taste and traditionally used to mask the
unpleasantness in lambanog. Aldio Chico Liqueur is the ultimate refinement of that Filipino
ingenuity.

Flavor notes: A delicate bouquet of beer, caramel, and malt with a round honeyed finish.
